Outdoor & Pool Areas

The garden at Villa Impiana is nothing short of pure bliss; the centrepiece is the huge kidney-shaped pool with its dark blue tiles, crystal clear waters and the tiled mosaic yin & yang symbol. On one side of the pool is a Jacuzzi, which can double as an infant’s wading pool; manicured lawns, flowering frangipanis, and a 2-metre perimeter wall make this the perfect holiday playground.

Living Areas

Housed under the villa’s traditional thatched cone-shaped roof are the open-air living areas. From here, you can relax and take in the amazing garden scenery and turn up the volume on the surround sound system with an iPod dock to get the holiday party started. The kitchen is well equipped in case you feel like doing some of your own catering. A timber dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, and the area is cooled by ceiling fans.

3 Bedrooms with air-con

If it’s air-conditioned comforts, you seek to head to the sanctuary of your private en-suite bedroom. Two king-size suites are located on either side of the lounge room, with the third in a separate stand-alone bungalow in the garden. The rooms provide Satellite TV on flat-screen TVs, comfy bathrobes, and safety boxes for your valuables, and two of the rooms have soaking tubs plus rain showers, with the bungalow providing a rain shower.

Staff & Services

The villas provide around-the-clock butler services; simply pick up the phone and call. The villa is cleaned daily, along with an evening turndown service, and there is a reliable Wi-Fi connection. You can ask the staff to cook a BBQ by the pool or a formal dining affair in the living area. They will happily make restaurant reservations and assist with all your transportation needs.

Around Impiana Private Villas, Seminyak (10 min walk to Double Six Beach)

The villa is located on Jalan Kunti just opposite the Bali Deli Supermarket with imported goods (to stock up on all your holiday goodies), an ATM and approximately 300 metres from Jalan Raya Seminyak, well known for an array of chic boutiques, cafes and casual dining options such as the popular Shelter Cafe.

Seminyak’s famous Eat Street is no more than 5 minutes by scooter or taxi, and the beach is accessed via Jalan Camplung Tanduk, which will bring you to all the beach bars. Make sure you come to Double Six Beach for sunset cocktails and a few cold Bintangs & enjoy the best sunset in Bali. This is where everyone goes, and you’ll love the atmosphere.

Cafes. If you love your coffee, there are loads of amazing cafes nearby where you can get your daily coffee fix and a bite to eat. Make sure you go to the super-popular Revolver, Sisterfields, Cafe Moka, Cornerhouse and Monsieur Spoon or BAKED. On Jalan Raya Seminyak, another good casual dining experience can be had at Ryoshi for great Japanese food or perhaps head to Mamasan for some fabulous Asian food.

Travelling with kids? Take the whole family for a fun day out at Asia’s premier theme park, Waterbom Bali, or maybe a surf lesson at Seminyak Beach, where you can hire a board. For dinner, they’ll love Warung Made’s or some lively Mexican food at Motel Mexicola. There are also lots of gelato and yogurt shops nearby where you can spoil them or head to treats at Candylicious at SeminyakVillage.

Shopping. If you want to spend the day shopping, all you have to do is walk up and down Jalan Legian, where there are loads of local vendors selling artworks, Bali souvenirs and homewares, or make your way to Seminyak Square, where there are even more shopping options.

Beach Clubs. Seminyak has some of the best beach clubs in Bali. Head to KU DE TA, Potato Head or Mano Beach House to watch the gorgeous sunset over a few cocktails or some fine dining. For a treat, make a day of it and go to the new Atlas Beach Fest or the popular Finns in Berawa.

Want to party? Start the night at The Champagne Bar or The Forge on Eat Street. Then head to Motel Mexicola for tacos, tequilas and lots of fun. Continue the party at La Favela or Shi Shi, where you can dance till dawn.
